How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order value.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 1–2 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit. Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We cover return shipping for change-of-mind and product-quality returns. Email us before sending anything back for the correct instructions. Statutory rights are unaffected.
When will I receive a refund?
Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days, or sooner when required by law. Your payment provider may then take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
