Free standard shipping across Canada

We offer free standard shipping throughout Canada, including Quebec and all provinces and territories, with no minimum order value.

Processing and transit

Order processing normally takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated carrier transit time is 4–6 business days. These are separate periods; business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays. We will send shipment information using the email address supplied with your order.

Delivery problems

Contact us promptly if your delivery address needs correction, a shipment is delayed, or an order is lost or damaged. Changes depend on the fulfilment stage. Delivery estimates do not remove any cancellation, refund or other rights provided by applicable law. We will communicate material delays and work with you to resolve delivery problems.
