Refund policy

30-day returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order, including when you change your mind. Email support@gcioutdoorwild.shop with your order number and the item you wish to return. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, describe the problem and include photographs where available.

Return shipping

We cover return shipping for both change-of-mind returns and product-quality problems. Contact us before shipping so we can arrange a prepaid return method and provide the correct return destination. The business contact address below is not automatically the return warehouse.

Refunds and exchanges

We will confirm receipt and the outcome of your return by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner when required by law. After a refund is issued, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post it. For exchanges, we will confirm replacement availability and arrangements with you.

Your legal rights

The 30-day voluntary return period does not limit statutory cancellation rights, legal warranties or remedies for defective goods under applicable Canadian and provincial law. Mandatory legal deadlines take precedence over the processing estimates above.
